  • WHAT IS UNIVISON NOW?
  • Univision NOW is a streaming service that lets you watch Univision and UniMás content live and on demand whenever and wherever you want. It’s available on your computer, phone, tablet, or TV and doesn’t require a cable or satellite TV subscription. You can purchase a subscription for $11.99 per month on any platform where Univision NOW is available.

  • HOW CAN I WATCH ON UNIVISION NOW?
  • You can access Univision NOW content anywhere, anytime, on many devices. Univision NOW is available on mobile, tablets, and connected TVs. You can also watch on your computer or mobile phone at www.univisionnow.com. An Internet connection is required to watch on Univision NOW.

  • CAN I WATCH WITHOUT THE UNIVISION NOW APP?
  • Yes. Univision NOW is available to watch at www.univisionnow.com when viewing the site on your computer or mobile browser.

  • WHAT CONTENT IS AVAILABLE ON THE UNIVISION NOW APP?
    1. Live streams of Univision and UniMás 24 hours day, in HD
    2. Current daytime and primetime programs are available on demand, the next day.
    3. Local Univision stations stream in select markets (New York, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco and Los Angeles).
    4. Exclusive Digital only channels with 24/7 streams of soccer highlights, horoscopes, news, novela recaps, and much more.
    5. More than 5,000 hours of on demand library content from your favorite networks.
  • WHAT IS THE COST OF THIS SERVICE?
  • A subscription to Univision NOW costs $11.99.

  • WHERE IS UNIVISION NOW AVAILABLE?
  • Univision NOW is available in the United States excluding Puerto Rico.

  • WHICH DEVICES CAN I USE TO WATCH UNIVISION NOW?
  • The Univision App is currently available on the following devices with more coming soon:

    1. Mobile Apps: iOS and Android
    2. Connected TV devices: Roku, Apple TV, Android TV and Fire TV (coming soon)
    3. Chromecast via iOS, Android and web
    4. Web
  • HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE UNIVISION NOW APP?
    1. iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Open the App Store app on your iOS device and search for Univision. Once found, tap Univision NOW and then tap Get. Click Here on your iPhone or iPad to download the app.
    2. Android phone, tablet, or TV: On your Android device, open the Play Store app and search for UNIVISION NOW. Once found, choose Install. Click Here on your Android phone or tablet to download the app.
    3. Roku – Press the Home button on your Roku remote. Select Streaming Channels > Search Channels. Enter UNIVISION NOW. On the channel info page, select Add Channel. Click Here to visit the Roku store listing.
    4. Apple TV – Go to the Apple App store and search for UNIVISION NOW. Once found, choose down download icon. It should then appear on your Home Screen.
    5. Computer – There isn't a Univision app for PC or Mac computers. Instead, you can stream UNIVISION NOW by opening a computer browser and going to univisionnow.com
    6. Amazon Fire TV or Fire tablet (Coming Soon) – Go to the Amazon Appstore on your device and search for Univision NOW. Once found, choose to download the Univision App.

    SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

  • HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO UNIVISION NOW?
  • Via the Univision NOW APP:

    1. Download the app via one of the methods above.
    2. Open the app.
    3. Go to ‘Settings’ or ‘Mas’ in the navigation.
    4. Click Subscribe.
    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to purchase a Univision NOW subscription.
    6. Note: If you have a promotional code, you must visit www.UnivisionNOW.com to redeem.

    Via Web (desktop or mobile)

    1. Visit www.univisionnow.com.
    2. Click the account button (icon of a person) in the top right corner.
    3. Click Subscribe.
    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to purchase a Univision NOW subscription.
  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY UNIVISION NOW SUBSCRIPTION?
  • You can cancel your subscription to the service at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent term in order to avoid being charged for the next month or year.

    How you cancel your account will depend on where you initially subscribed. For example, if purchased via the iTunes App Store you will need to cancel via the iTunes App Store.

    If purchased via the iTunes App Store:

    Please visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 for information on how to cancel. Univision NOW is not able to cancel your subscription for you, if you purchase through iTunes.

    If purchased via the Google Play Store:

    Please visit https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481 for information on how to cancel. Univision NOW is not able to cancel your subscription for you, if you purchase through Google.

    If purchased via the web (desktop or mobile):

    1. Click the account button (icon of a person) in the top right corner.
    2. Click on "My Account" in the menu.
    3. Scroll down to "Subscription".
    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription".

    If purchased via Roku

    From your Device:

    1. Press the home button on your Roku remote.
    2. Navigate the channel grid and highlight the Univision NOW app.
    3. Press the star button (*) on the Roku remote to open the options menu.
    4. To unsubscribe, select Manage Subscription. A message appears telling you how long you can continue to access the content and services.
    5. Confirm by selecting Cancel subscription. A new message appears confirming the cancellation, along with a reminder of the date when you will no longer have access to the subscription.
    6. Select Done.

    From the Web:

    1. Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
    2. If prompted, sign in to your Roku account.
    3. Click or tap Manage your subscriptions.
    4. After the My subscriptions page loads, you will see all subscriptions billed by Roku, along with terms and renewal date.
    5. Choose the desired subscription and select Unsubscribe to cancel.
  • CAN I GET A REFUND?
  • We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your subscription mid-billing cycle, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the billing cycle.

  • HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?
  • You must update your information on the same platform where you purchased:

    If purchased via the iTunes App Store:

    If purchased through the Google Play Store:

    Please visit https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/4646404 for more information on how to update your payment information.

    If purchased via the web (desktop or mobile)

    1. Log into your account.
    2. Click the account button (icon of a person) in the top right corner
    3. Select "My Account".
    4. Scroll down to “Payment Information” and click on "Edit". Enter your new payment information and click "Update".

    If purchased via Roku

    1. Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone.
    2. If prompted, sign into your Roku account.
    3. Click or tap the Update button under Payment method.
    4. Complete all fields and submit.
  • WHAT ARE THE AUTHORIZATION CHARGES ON MY BANK STATEMENT?
  • Authorizations are charges we make to your financial institution to verify that the payment information you submitted to us is correct. These authorizations are temporary holds and are never collected. The temporary hold will automatically be removed from your account after a few days. The number of days can vary depending on the region or card issuer. Check with your financial institution for details on how long it takes for them to remove the temporary hold.

    You may see these authorizations if you recently signed up, edited your payment info or made changes to your subscription. You may also see an authorization if you were unable to sign up, this will happen when you enter your billing information, but that information does not match the billing information your financial institution has on record.

  • HOW AND WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR UNIVISION NOW?
  • Your first charge occurs at the time you register. As long as your subscription remains active, you will be charged on the same day of the month you signed up on, unless it is on a date that does not occur in a given month in which case you will billed on the prior day. For example, if you sign up for a monthly subscription plan on March 31st you will be charged on April 30th. See our Terms of Use for more detail.

  • HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
    1. Click the account button (icon of a person) in the top right corner
    2. Select "My Account".
    3. Scroll down to “Change Password” in the “Profile” section and click on "Edit". Enter your new password and then click "Update".
  • HOW DO I LOGIN IF I FORGET MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD?
    1. To retrieving your username, please contact customer by clicking chat on the website www.univisionnow.com or sending us an email at support@univisionnow.com
    2. To retrieve your password, click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page of the app or the Univision NOW website. A link will be emailed to the email account you signed up with so that you can reset your password.

    PRODUCT FEATURES

  • CAN I STREAM ON MULTIPLE DEVICES AT ONE TIME? IF SO, HOW MANY?
  • Yes, you can watch the Univision app on more than one device at a time. The number of devices will vary based on your TV provider

  • CAN I ACCESS MY LOCAL STATION?
  • Yes. The Univision App will stream the live local content from our New York, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, and San Francisco stations to users in those cities. Users not located in one of those cities will see the live national stream with network programming. The Univision app is geo-based so you cannot access a local station if you are not that city. For example, you cannot watch the Los Angeles station if you are in New York.

  • WHAT IS 3-DAY REPLAY?
  • Our DVR feature allows you to instantly watch / pause / rewind most programs from the past 3 days (72 hours) of the live stream using the program guide. You can access the 3 day replay by viewing a live channel and clicking the green button “Shows from the last 3 days” Then just navigate to the show you’d like to watch and press play watch what you missed.   • IS CLOSED CAPTIONING AVAILABLE?
  • Yes, closed captioning is available for live TV, 72-hour live playback viewing and on demand shows.

  • IS UNIVISION APP AVAILABLE IN HD?
  • Yes.

  • CAN I VIEW THE UNIVISION APP IN ENGLISH?
  • Yes, the Univision app is available in English. You can change the language setting in the menu or at the bottom of the web page. Please note, the content will still be in Spanish

  • WHEN ARE NEW EPISODES AVAILABLE?
  • New episodes are typically available the day after they air on television
