GETTING STARTED WITH THE UNIVISION APP
The Univision app is a free streaming service that's included with your TV subscription for participating TV providers. With the Univision app you can watch Univision shows live or on demand, whenever and wherever you want; on your computer, phone, tablet, or TV.
Just download the Univision App to access Univision content anywhere, anytime, on many devices. The Univision App is available for mobile devices, tablets, and connected TVs, or you can also watch from your computer or mobile phone at tv.univision.com. An Internet connection (wifi or mobile broadband) and a subscription form a participating cable provider are required to use the Univision App.

Yes. Univision content is available to watch on your computer or mobile browser at tv.univision.com when using your TV provider credentials.
If you do not have a TV Provider you can purchase a subscription via the Univision Now App to see content from Univision and Unimas live and on demand.

You first need a subscription that includes the Univision Networks with a cable or satellite TV provider. Below is the current list of participating providers:

No, you can use your existing TV provider username and password. If you have not previously created an account with your TV provider, you will need to do so with a valid email address. Please contact your TV provider for more information on how to create your account.
It’s very easy! When prompted, select your TV provider from the menu and enter your TV Provider username and password.
Most TV providers offer a simple way to retrieve or recreate your information. Please contact your TV provider to learn more.
First, make sure you have the correct username and password. It's the same username and password that you use to log in to your TV provider's website or pay your bill online. If problems persist, try different browsers and devices or feel free to contact us at support@univision.com.
First, make sure your device is connected to the internet and you have the correct username and password. If you are getting errors about your login information or that you are not authorized, and you typically login to apps through a cable or satellite provider, then you will want to reach out to your TV Provider for assistance in resolving.
We are actively working to add additional TV providers to the service. If you don't see your provider listed, contact them directly to let them know you would like access to Univision Networks and check back later to see if your provider has been added.

Yes, you can watch with the Univision App on more than one device at a time. The maximum number of devices you can use at the same time varies based on your specific TV provider.

Yes. The Univision App will stream live local streams from New York, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, and San Francisco stations to users in those cities. Users not located in one of those cities will see the live national stream with network programming. The Univision app is location based so you cannot access a local station if you are not that city. For example, you cannot watch the Los Angeles station if you are in New York.
Our DVR feature allows you to instantly watch / pause / rewind most programs from the past 3 days (72 hours) of the live stream using the program guide. You can access the 3-day replay by viewing a live network and clicking the green button “Shows from the last 3 days” Then just navigate to the show you’d like to watch and press play watch what you missed. Yes, the Univision App is available in English. You can change the language setting in the menu or at the bottom of the web page. Please note the content will remain in Spanish.
